Staff and Leadership
- Pastor Jeff and Chris Dorothy – Senior Pastors
Jeff and Chris Dorothy have served as our Lead Pastors since Easter of 1990. Jeff’s responsibilities include overall leadership of our fellowship, preaching, teaching, and pastoral care. Pastor Jeff also participates in our worship times, singing and playing a number of instruments. Chris is a part of our worship team and supervises our children’s ministries and church office.
Along with leading the church Jeff enjoys shooting in cowboy action shooting and Chris is an avid photographer.
The Dorothy’s have been married 31 years. They have 2 adult children and 2 grandchildren.
- Arlen and Nora Peacock – Lifespring Pastors
Arlen and Nora Peacock serve as pastors leading Lifespring (Seniors Ministry) with an added emphasis on Families and Prayer. Arlen is a teacher and author, and Nora is a musician and is fluent in American Sign Language.
The Peacocks have been married for 40 years and have seven children and a number of grandchildren.
- Andrew and Lisa Lavier – Young Adult / Young Married Couples Ministry
Andrew and Lisa Lavier lead the Young Adult and Young Married Couples ministries of New Life Church. The Young Adult group serves young people from post high school to 30 every Friday at 7pm. The Young Married Couples gather once a month to strengthen our marriages and fellowship with one another.
Andrew and Lisa have been married 7 years and are proud parents of two wonderful children, Audrey and Liam.
- Brian and Crystal Elliott – Next Generation / Youth Ministry
Brian and Crystal Elliott are our Next Generation Pastors (Kids Ministries). They lead a dedicated group of helpers who run a dynamic ministry called The Next Generation. This ministry reaches kids from age 3 through sixth grade. Crystal also leads our junior and senior high ministry.
The Elliotts have been married since July of 1985 and have three children.
